Hi my name is Derek Robert Hinojos. I am the kitchen lead here at the Shack. I've been with the company for about eight to nine years. What I do like about being here with the shack is that I got to grow with the company starting from a career at McRae then moving onto doing the food truck and it evolving into bigger company with the with the owners and myself. I really enjoy being here ,I got a lot of cooking experience and learned how to multitask and also to be a great leader within the company. Everyone at the Shack have been great people to me and throughout my time being here and I don't plan on living anytime soon.
